Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain recently honored three more employees under the "Fursan Baytik" Employee Recognition Programme for their outstanding achievements during the fourth quarter of 2016. The employees were selected based on the preset criteria of outstanding performance in various categories of achievements at work. As part of the programme, each employee received a cash gift and a recognition certificate by the management team.

At the award ceremony held at the KFH-Bahrain headquarters, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO together with Executive Managers and Departments Heads presented the 3 employees with their awards and certificates of appreciation.  

The Awarded employees were Mr. Rashid Khalid AlKhan for the ‘Smart Performance’, Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulla Jassim for ‘Leadership’ and Mr. Mohammad Yasir Khan for ‘Teamwork’ Award Categories.

During the Ceremony, Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat, commented: “The employees are the backbone of the bank’s success and are performing a key role in the bank's growth. We are proud of the outstanding achievements of these distinguished employees who have proven their distinctiveness and deserved, for their efforts and perseverance, to be awarded.” 

Mr. Abdulhakeem AlKhayyat added: "Employees are considered a key resource for the success of our Bank and they play a vital role towards its progression and advancement. We are proud to have such employees who possess advanced professional and technical competencies and who embrace valuable and innovative ideas and deliver them proficiently to our clients".

Mr. Yousif Al Hammadi, Executive Manager and Head of Human Resources at KFH-Bahrain commented: "We highly value the importance of employee recognition. We are keen to continuously motivate all employees and to provide them with the tools needed to sustain an exceptional level of performance at all times. We are pleased to have these six employees join “Fursan Baytik" Programme and we shall continue to host this and similar employee Programmes in the long run.”

The honored employees further commented on this award by stressing on their commitment and dedication to improve the Bank’s performance and to provide the best service to its clients.  The winners described this award as a source of motivation to exert more efforts towards the Bank’s success.

The “Fursan Baytik” Employees Recognition Programme aim to honor and appreciate the achievements of employees in the Bank based on a set of criteria that considers their performance both during work and in their own time out of the office in order to motivate and develop their potential. Employees are nominated every quarter from all departments within the Bank and a special committee selects employees who fall within the pre-defined criteria. Candidates for the award would need to be recognized for having a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, providing an outstanding level of service to a customer, leadership, innovation, teamwork and active participation in team achievement. The committee also considers employee's achievements outside work such as pursuing and attaining professional certificates or academic degrees in order to motivate them for self-development.
