Batelco Hosts ‘Royal Life Saving Bahrain’ Awareness Sessions

The informative sessions were delivered by RLSB Safety Services Executive, Sam Rahman, who outlined the organization’s mission and vision, with a focus on RLSB’s aim to educate the public and spread awareness about water safety, while instilling important life skills such as lifesaving and first aid in the Kingdom.

The educational sessions also included a demonstration on improvised rescue techniques and provided an overview on the workshops available through RLSB such as Save a Little Life, Water Wise, Swim for Safety, Every Day Lifesaver and Emergency First Aid.

In line with its CSR strategy, Batelco, as a national company, is committed to supporting organisations and initiatives that spread awareness and plans to continue with delivering sessions that are enlightening and beneficial to its employees and the public. More workshops will be conducted in the future as part of the partnership with the RLSB to spread awareness to a bigger sector of society.
