KFH –Bahrain joins ‘Skiplino’ application

Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain has announced joining the ‘Skiplino’ application. The app allows the bank’s customers to remotely make appointments via their smartphones, doing away with the need to queue up and wait at any branch. 
 
This step comes as part of the Bank’s endeavours towards digital transformation and use of modern technologies.
 
Commenting on this, the Bank’s Managing Director &CEO, Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat said: “Launching this service is a part of the Bank’s strategy to utilise the latest fintech technologies, promote digital services, and modernise technological tools including artificial intelligence to develop banking services, meet aspiration s of customers, and maintain our pioneering role in all fields.” 
 
‘Skiplino’ is a modern and smart application that meets the requirements and needs of all customers, whereby customers can reserve appointments and view the same electronically.
 
Alkhayyat further pointed out that the enrollment in the Skiplino App “demonstrates our constant endeavour to provide best electronic services to allow our clients to easily complete their banking transactions from their homes, particularly under such extraordinary circumstances.”.
 
He also urged clients to use digital channels without the need to visit the bank’s branches, in line with the measures introduced by Bahrain’s National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
 
The founder and CEO of ‘Skiplino’ Zaman Abdul Hameed said that he looks forward to cooperate with KFH-Bahrain, in improving the Bank’s customer experience. He said: “We look forward to facilitate transactions of customers by providing a modern mechanism to reserve their turn in the waiting queues according to their time; while at the same time assisting institutions to obtain accurate statistics that enable them to take the appropriate administrative decisions with respect to distributing customer service staff to meet the needs of its customers. KFH is regarded as a pioneering institution in the field of digital transformation; hence its cooperation with ‘Skiplino’ falls within the context of continual endeavours to improve its services.”
 
The cooperation between KFH-Bahrain and ‘Skiplino’ to implement this system underscores KFH-Bahrain its ongoing endeavours to develop modern technologies, provide new solutions that aim to promote efficiency and improve customer service by introducing new services and features that are in line with its strategy to utilise technology in all aspects of its undertakings, and the various businesses. It is worth mentioning that Skiplino is one of KISP Ventures, which is an affiliate of KFH-Capital Investments.
 
The application is currently available free of charge on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and a new version of the application with improved features will be launched to enhance its services. -- Tradearabia News Service
