Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, remains committed to investing in its Bahraini workforce and their career development by providing opportunities for Bahraini nationals to take over senior positions in the company.
The airline also reiterates its plans on welcoming Bahraini aviation professionals and talents who work for the aviation industry in and around the region.
Gulf Air is strategically growing since it launched its new brand identity and commenced the fleet modernization programme. The airline launched its boutique business model concept in the beginning of 2019 and since then it has seen positive results in a spectrum of extents of the business.
“We are proud that Gulf Air is strategically growing with the adaptation of the recently launched boutique concept, especially as we move towards reaching 70 years of expertise in the aviation industry – a wonderful milestone for the kingdom of Bahrain,” added Kresimir Kucko, chief executive officer of Gulf Air.

Earlier this year, Gulf Air welcomed back Rashid Abdulrahman AlGaoud to its headquarters to take on the role of senior manager sales in charge of the entire Europe and Asia Pacific regions, after serving as the country manager of the UK for almost six years. Also recently, the airline appointed Shams AlDosari as the first female Bahraini country manager and is currently representing the national carrier in Ethiopia and Mohamed AlHamar as the youngest Bahraini country manager to serve in the Asia Pacific region. - TradeArabia News Service
