New hotel manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain

The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain has welcomed Agusti Curto Calbet as the resort's new hotel manager.

In his new role, Curto will direct hotel operations while overseeing the full rooms division and Royal Beach Club facilities.

Bringing over a decade of hospitality experience, Curto rejoins The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company after working formally with The Ritz-Carlton Powerscourt in Dublin, Ireland and Hotel Arts Barcelona in Spain, where he served in many executive positions in the rooms division from 2003 to 2013.

Originally, from Barcelona, his multilingual skills have seen him work across the globe with stints in Europe and the Middle East including senior executive roles in the Spanish hotel chain BlueBay Hotels & Resorts as well as his most recent position as general manager of the Wyndham Dubai Marina. In addition to his long-served career, Curto also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
