Saudi-based Diriyah Company has announced the launch of its first mixed-use commercial office and retail project - Zallal - within the Bujairi District.
Construction is now well underway and when completed will include two low-rise office buildings with a combined leasable area of 6,000 sq m and 12 mixed retail and F&B outlets over an area of approximately 8000 sq m.
Strategically located next to the popular Bujairi Terrace, Zallal will benefit from proximity to a venue that already attracts thousands of visitors daily. The offering is also near the recently completed Diriyah Art Futures, and soon to open Bab Samhan Hotel.
The project has already received very positive reactions from prospective tenants, and advanced leasing negotiations are well underway with several companies and organisations.

According to him, Zallal will also have direct access to Wadi Hanifah and enjoy stunning views over the Unesco World Heritage site of At Turaif in its location on the outskirts of the Saudi capital.
Among the key amenities at the facility include an easily accessible, 1,400-space basement car park facility built under Zallal with direct links to Wadi Hanifah, Al Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad ibn Saud Road.
