What is Raw?
The true essence of what Raw means to us, is using clean pure ingredients, while the cooking & preparing process maintains nutrients and enzymes to make it easier for our bodies to digest. Using low heating temperatures when possible. Our chocolate is heated to low temperatures only, to maintain the full benefits of the cacao. It is a superfood after all!
What about the Sugar?
Most of our sweeteners are natural, organic, unprocessed and raw. On custom orders only, we have the option to use an organic raw vegan certified cane sugar. For more information on what sweeteners we use, please enquire.
What about the bread?
For local orders (Bahrain only) our bread & pastries are baked fresh daily using whole-grains. Our sourdough is made from a starter, and not with any added yeast. We use the sourdough for our pizza base with our very own slow dough recipe. We have a variety of gluten-free options for all our baked goods. Let us know what you need!
